Launching of the HAAGRIM project in Mauritius
The students from Kenya and Cameroon have succesfully completed their 6 months mobility programme (Jan -Jul 2015) in Agribusiness at the Faculty of Agriculture.
We have also hosted an academic staff, Dr Pamphile Nguema from Gabon for a period of two months (February to March 2015).

Mrs. Elena Palavrova, Project Officer of the European Commission, Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) met the local coordinating committee members of HAAGRIM to monitor progress of implementation.

Une vingtaine de dossiers ont été sélectionnés pour constituer la première cohorte du projet «Harmonisation et amélioration des programmes de master et de doctorat en agro-business par la mobilité entre l’Afrique de l’Ouest, de l’Est et du Centre pour un développement socio-économique durable (HAAGRIM), a affirmé, vendredi le 28 Mai 2014 à Saint-Louis,Senegal son coordonnateur le Dr Seydou Nourou Sall de L'Universite de GAston Berger. SECOND CALL for HAAGRIM SCHOLARSHIP - 2015
Applications are invited for the second cohort mobility scholarships of the HAAGRIM project.
ALLOCATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS - Second Cohort - 2015
13 applicants (Phd, 6 and 12 months study programmes in Agribusiness) have been selected to participate in the second cohort mobility programme at the University of Mauritius, as from August 2015.

- offrir un accès à l´enseignement supérieur aux étudiants, y compris à ceux issus de milieux désavantagés
- faciliter la coopération en matière de reconnaissance des études et des qualifications;
- contribuer à l´amélioration de la qualité de l´éducation supérieure par la promotion de l´internationalisation et l´harmonisation des programmes et des cursus au sein des établissements participants;
- améliorer la capacité de coopération internationale des EES dans les pays ACP;
- promouvoir la coopération entre les établissements d´origine et d´accueil des étudiants;
- permettre aux étudiants et au personnel de bénéficier de l´expérience d´une mobilité vers un autre pays, et ce des points de vue linguistique, culturel et professionnel; et
- améliorer à moyen terme les liens politiques, culturels, éducatifs et économiques entre les pays participants.
