(1) Fees for 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) include:

(5) The age limit for young scientist is 35 (Date of birth should be as from 1 July 1985). Proof is required.

(6) Students must provide letters from their supervisors.

(7) For all payments, receipts will be issued and can be collected at the conference venue.

(8) All bank charges will be borne by the delegates (usually 3% when using credit card).

(9) There will be 50% refund for cancellation before 15th April 2020 but there will no refund after this date. Refund will be done two months after the conference. All charges (e.g bank charges) will be deducted in the refunded amount. Refund will be effected based on current rate of exchange between the currency which was paid and Mauritian Rupees.

(10) The Organising Committee assumes no liability for participants' personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage. Participants are recommended to make arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

(11) The Organising Committee does not accept liability for death, injury, loss, cost of expense suffered or incurred by a participant or accompanying person.

(12) The Organising Committee does not accept any liability for losses arising from local services including accommodation and transport.

(13) The Organising Committee does not accept liability for issues arising from war, threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, or any other problems in connection with the conference.

(14) The Organising Committee reserves the right of admission.
