‘Educate an African fit for the 21st Century: Building Resilient Education Systems for Increased Access to Inclusive, Lifelong, Quality, and Relevant Learning in Africa’
- In the context of the Africa Day Celebrations 2024 - ‘The Year of Education’, the University of Mauritius is organising a special event comprising a Forum with Inspiring Keynote Addresses and musical/cultural items to be performed by students on Friday 24 May 2024 from 16 00 to 18 30 hours.
- The topic of the Keynote Addresses, related to the main theme for this year’s celebrations, is ‘Empowering Communities Through Academic Excellence and Inclusive Education – Facing the Challenges in Africa’.
- The Forum will bring together prominent speakers, academics/researchers, policymakers, students, and stakeholders to explore innovative strategies and actionable solutions aimed at enhancing educational access, quality and relevance in Africa.
