Rooms have been negotiated in La Plantation Hotel (Conference Venue).
Low cost Accommodation for ICPAC 2010.
The deadline for reservation is 1st April 2010.
After the deadline, rooms in La Plantation will be subjected to availability.
Participants are strongly recommended to book their accommodations in La Plantation Hotel as transport from other hotels to the conference venue will not be provided except for Le Choisy Hotel.
Room rates per room per night with Bed and Breakfast including taxes.
A copy of credit card must be provided as guarantee for booking and payment.

Cancellation policy:
7 days prior to arrival: 50% of total stay
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of total stay
No Show: Full cancellation charges
1st Option:
Full payment upon check-in.
Note: A copy of the credit card along with an authorization letter will be required to keep as a guarantee for payment. In case of cancellations and no-show, we will apply our cancellation policy and debit the clients credit card accordingly.
2nd Option:
Bank transfer upon booking confirmation and a copy of the bank transfer will be required so that we can follow-up with the bank.
