Rates are in Mauritius rupees. Currently 1US$ is about Rs 32.

Limited financial support (waiving of basic registration fees and possibly apartment accommodation) may be available for young scientists (age limit 35 years by the time of the application's deadline) to attend ICPAC-2018. You may apply for funding by providing:
1. A letter of request (justifiying the need for support)
2. Full CV
3. An abstract

You will receive an acknowledgement of your request for sponsorship and a final decision for the financial support will be communicated in February 2018 once we have the confirmation from the sponsors (Unfortunately, this is beyond our control). Notes

(1) Fees for 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) include:

  • Conference bag,
  • Printed copy of the book of abstracts,

  • Conference literature and
  • Participants/cultural night with dinner (buffet).

Accompanying person may wish to purchase lunch voucher including tea/coffee breaks (Rs 1,700 per day).

(2) Dinner will be served in welcome reception, banquet and participants/cultural night.

(3) The conference tour will be one full day in air-conditioned coach including guide, lunch and entrance fees.

(5) The age limit for young scientist is 35. Proof is required.

(6) Students must provide letters from their supervisors.

(7) For all payments, receipts will be issued and can be collected at the conference venue.

(8) All bank charges will be borne by the delegates (usually 3% when using credit card).

(9) There will be 50% refund for cancellation before 15th April 2018 but there will no refund after this date. Refund will be done two months after the conference.

(10) The Organising Committee assumes no liability for participants' personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage. Participants are recommended to make arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

(11) The Organising Committee does not accept liability for death, injury, loss, cost of expense suffered or incurred by a participant or accompanying person.

(12) The Organising Committee does not accept any liability for losses arising from local services including accommodation and transport.

(13) The Organising Committee does not accept liability for issues arising from war, threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, or any other problems in connection with the conference.

(14) The Organising Committee reserves the right of admission.
