(1) Fees for 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) include conference bag and/or conference accessories, book of abstracts (CD-ROM), Tea/coffee breaks, lunches, conference literature and participants/cultural night.

(3) The age limit for young researcher is 35. Proof is required.

(4) Students must provide letters from their universities.

(5) For all payments, receipts will be issued and can be collected at the conference venue.

(6) The Conference tours will go ahead subject to the registration of a minimum of 30 persons.

(7) All bank charges will be borne by the delegates (example 3% using credit card).

(8) The Organising Committee assumes no liability for participants' personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to property, health or travel insurance.
