There were 100 participants in this conference and the keynote address was delivered by Ambassador Mrs Grace Asirwatham, the Deputy-Directore of Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapon (OPCW). OCPW was the recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize 2013.
