The development of the Executive Master in Public Debt Management is a joint initiative of the University of Mauritius and The Public Debt Management Practice, a London-based consutlancy. Our aim to to bring together theory and practice and offer a Programme that will be directly relevant to the needs of debt managers around the world and which will provide skills that they can put to use as soon as they go back to their offices.
